No event is too small or too large! We work directly with you to discover the intricacies of your dietary needs and wants. Our team enjoys the challenge of providing customized menus that employ diverse styles, techniques, and substitutions. We also make a mean barbecue if traditional fare is what you are looking for.
Step 1: We meet with you to discuss the details of your event; anything from your tastes and dietary needs to venue and headcount, if available.
Step 2: Chef Francis puts together and shares with you what we call the “full menu” including the cost. This is a menu that includes everything you asked for as if the sky’s the limit.
Step 3: Depending on budget details the “full menu” is then added to or subtracted from to accommodate your desires.
Step 1: Your food is ordered and prepared.
Step 2: According to your preferences the food is then delivered to your event and then served. We do offer buffet services as well as drop off.
Step 3: We clean up! In situations where there is extra food we can either package it up and give it to whomever is designated or dispose of it on our own. In the case of a “drop off” step 3 doesn’t apply.
We always follow up with our clients to ensure that the food at their event was to their satisfaction and if there is anything else that they need.
